01 — THE LEFT RAIL

Your Watchlist

LEFT RAIL · INSTRUMENT TILES
WhaleClues left rail showing per-instrument tiles

The left rail groups your subscribed futures by category — US Equity Indexes (ES, NQ, RTY, YM) and The Metals (GC, SI). Each row is one Instrument Tile showing today's HIGH / LOW pills, a mini-chart, the last price, and tick value.

Click any tile to dive into its full chart with markers, walls, and options flow.

02 — TRADE MARKERS

Markers — shape & color

CIRCLE — LARGE TRADE
STAR — HUGE TRADE
RED — long TP GREEN — short TP YELLOW — trend continuing / ending / reversing
MARKERS ON A LIVE CHART
WhaleClues chart showing Circles and Stars in various colors across price

Shape tells you trade size: circle = large trade, star = huge trade. Star-level prints anchor dashed support / resistance lines for the next day or two. Color tells you the action: red = take-profit on longs, green = take-profit on shorts, yellow = trend continuing, ending, or reversing (context decides).

03 — TRADE MARKERS

Hexagons

RED HEX — LONG TP
GREEN HEX — SHORT TP
HEXAGON CLUSTERS
WhaleClues chart showing hexagon take-profit clusters

A hexagon = an algorithm-driven take-profit. Red means TP on longs; green means TP on shorts. Hex prints often cluster, marking the location where algos are unwinding.

04 — TRADE MARKERS

The Sun

SUN — TREND RESISTANCE
SUN AT TREND RESISTANCE - ES
ES chart with red sun markers clustered at the session highs, marking strong trend resistance that halts and reverses the move

A sun marks strong trend resistance — a price level where the trend has a high chance of stopping or reversing. When a sun coincides with Circles or Stars, the success rate jumps sharply. Treat a sun + cluster as a high-conviction reaction level.

05 — INDICATOR

XJER — buying vs selling energy

Negative value shrinking
Selling pressure is fading — sellers are losing strength.
Positive value shrinking
Buying pressure is fading — buyers are losing strength.
INTRADAY XJER DIVERGENCE
SPX intraday chart with XJER subpanel showing bullish divergence

The XJER Indicator measures the current balance of buying vs. selling energy. Watch for divergence: if price chops sideways but the dominant XJER energy is contracting, the side in control is exhausting — and reversal odds rise sharply.

06 — OPTIONS FLOW

DEX · GEX · VANNA

DEX

Delta Exposure

Dealers' delta hedge. Price magnet — flow follows where DEX sits.

GEX

Gamma Exposure

Regime indicator. Positive = calm range; negative = volatile, trending.

VANNA

Volatility Flow

How dealer hedges shift as volatility moves. Subtle but powerful.

RIGHT-SIDE OPTIONS PANEL
WhaleClues chart with DEX GEX VANNA panels on the right

The right-side panel shows where dealers must trade to stay hedged as price and volatility move. Together, DEX, GEX, and VANNA explain why price reacts at certain levels — they're the gravitational field beneath the chart.

07 — KEY LEVELS

Walls & FLIP

CW

Call Wall

Intraday ceiling — largest call OI / gamma strike. Dealers fade longs into it.

PW

Put Wall

Bullish floor — largest put OI. Broken on heavy volume = an avalanche.

FLIP

FLIP

Regime line: above = positive gamma (calm); below = negative gamma (chaos).

WALLS AND FLIP LEVELS

Above FLIP ☀️
Dealers provide liquidity. Range-fade ideal.
Below FLIP 🌩️
Dealers chase the move. Momentum / breakout.
08 — MARKET STRUCTURE

Volume Profile

VOLUME PROFILE
WhaleClues chart with the volume profile on the right edge

On the right edge of the chart, horizontal bars show where today's volume traded — not when. Each bar splits into Ask (aggressive buyers) and Bid (aggressive sellers).

POC / HVN

The magnets

The POC is the price with the most volume — the day's fair-value anchor. HVN nodes act as support / resistance.

LVN

The gaps

LVN = low-volume gaps. Price slices through them quickly — they're where moves accelerate.

09 — STRATEGY

Trading Tips: confluence wins

Single signals fire all day. The ones that actually mark a turn share one trait: confluence.

CONFLUENCE IN ACTION (2026-05-22)
ES NQ RTY YM all printing synchronized Star and Circle clusters around 13:30 ET on 2026-05-22
TIP 01

Cross-instrument resonance

Stars / Circles / Suns firing on ES, NQ, RTY, YM at the same time and against the same structure (recent high, Call Wall) = high-probability reversal.

TIP 01 EXAMPLE · CROSS-INSTRUMENT RESONANCE
ES NQ RTY and YM printing synchronized marker activity at the same structure
TIP 02

Multi-signal confluence at a level

Different signal types stacking at the same price level. Watch for: a Star or Circle at the Call Wall or Put Wall; markers clustering at VWAP-derived S/R; or a Sun overlapping with Hexagons at a recent extreme. The more types stack, the stronger the reaction.

TIP 03

XJER divergence in a range

Price chops sideways but the dominant XJER energy contracts — the side in control is exhausting. Reversal odds rise sharply.

TIP 04

End-of-day XJER divergence

Close at the day's highs with red XJER → bearish next-day setup. Close at the lows with green XJER → bullish next-day setup.
