• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform, and we are not liable for losses stemming from service downtime, data latency, or technical failures during market hours.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WhaleClues and its employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service, including trading losses, lost profits, business interruption, or data inaccuracy, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to our service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to WhaleClues in the 12 months prior to the claim.
